“I’m tired of being the villain, being the chaotic unlikable character. The unkind, the ungrateful—at this point, do whatever fits your boat. I will not question your choices, your thoughts, your authority because deep down on this unpleasant mask you perceive, I know you have valid reasons and I know that I have hurt you too.
I’m shit bedding, refusing to take medication because I believed that I deserve this karma and need to feel it raw. I acknowledged that. But I hope you know that uncomfortable conversations are hard but so are the results of not having them. Fuck adults who don’t know how to communicate.
I’ve talked, I have asked. You didn’t spill, and yet I am the villain. You sit and eat with me in my own home with food that I cook almost every night and yet you didn’t tell me what’s wrong. How am I supposed to know that I am already a villain?
You isolated me, left me in the dark yet I am the villain. I have no clue, no idea, because you didn’t and don’t know how to communicate and yet I am the villain. Guess we weren’t friends because friends don’t do that. But how would you know? You don’t have any.
You’ve even said hurtful words I don’t even wish upon my enemies. Sure, I don’t know how to compartmentalize and I acknowledge that but you have a problem with that as well.
Your pain is only valid but not mine?”
I could’ve said this. But nah 🙂
